Police in Northern Ireland have arrested two men in connection with the murder of journalist Lyra McKee, who was shot dead during a riot in Derry / Londonderry on Thursday evening. The 18 and 19-year old suspects are now being questioned. Mourners paid tribute to Lyra McKee at a vigil in Londonderry last night. Police have described the killing as a terrorist attack linked to dissident Irish republicans, the New IRA. Leaders of both the unionist DUP and Catholic Sinn Fein parties have condemned the incident as an attack on democracy and on the Good Friday Agreement.
