Man sets Hooters Wing Eating world record

Geoffrey Esper beat his own personal record, eating 281 wings in 10 minutes at the Hooters Wing Eating Championship. Esper beat out the world number one competitive eater Joey Chestnut by 25 wings. At the Halle Open, defending champion Borna Coric survived a three set tie-break thriller over Joao Sousa. After three hours, Coric moved on to the quarterfinals, winning 7-6, 5-7, 7-6. In the US Open Cup, Portland Timbers shutout their MLS rival LA Galaxy 4-0 in the knockout round to advance to the last eight. RT America’s Steve Christakos reports.
