Footballers boycott social media for 24 hours in racism protest

After the England footballer Danny Rose was racially abused during the Euro 2020 qualifier in Montenegro, he said he couldn’t wait to see the back of football.

Now he and other Premier League players are campaigning to stop racism online by taking part in a 24 hour boycott of social media.
